Bronwynne Wilton is ready to be our advocate at Queen’s Park. Unlike other candidates, we can count on her to show up. On February 27, vote Green and vote for experienced leadership.

What your neighbours are saying

Bronwynne is a thoughtful leader who is a tireless advocate for agriculture and strategic growth in our communities. She seeks out new ideas and different perspectives, bringing both professional and experience to the table – as a councillor, and community volunteer, she will serve Wellington-Halton Hills well.

Cindy Lindsay
Farmer and community volunteer

“When I met Bronwynne recently I was immediately excited about the possibility that she could become our next MPP in Wellington Halton Hills.

Her academic qualifications, years of leadership in her community and her passion for future-focussed agricultural policy that will benefit rural and urban alike caught my attention right away but as I became involved in her campaign it was the local people supporting her that solidified my confidence.

It’s clear that Bronwynne can bring people together, show results that make them want to support her and do it all in a warm and friendly style that keeps doors open for constructive conversations. It’s hard to think of a more qualified candidate. “

Bronwynne Wilton was introduced to my community through her interview with in the Halton Hills Today, publication on January 13th. I was so impressed with Bronwynne’s stellar qualifications in academic, business, councillor and provincial policy framework concerns, that I drove with friends, all the way to her Launch Party in Fergus to meet Bronwynne in person. Immediately, I committed to support such a grounded yet visionary person who will be a strong and wise representative for the needs of our large expanse of rural and town areas from Puslinch to Fergus to Erin and Halton Hills and all precious places in-between.

I am writing to express my support for Bronwynne Wilton, Green Party Candidate for Wellington Halton-Hills.

Our shared interest in rural land use issues and farmland preservation has laid the foundation for a decades-long personal and professional relationship.

For as long as I’ve known her, Bronwynne’s been dedicated to making rural Ontario a wonderful place to live. Her commitment to the issues I also care about – healthy and just food and agriculture, mental health and wellness, rural land use and infrastructure, sustainability, healthy lifestyles through education, sport and art, and good, transparent governance – make me confident that she will make enormously positive contributions to the important decisions that impact us all. With a scientific, evidence-based approach to decision-making and steadfast professionalism, I also have no doubt that she has what it takes to endure the challenges of the job.

Bronwynne earned the support and endorsement of the Pierpoint Neighbourhood Group during the last municipal election on the basis of her leadership and understanding of the ecological, cultural and historical importance of protecting Pierpoint Park from being turned into a truck bypass. As negative as this sounds, that how this unique area was designated by our previous Council. Bronwynne listened, and acted to help us correct this travesty, and outrage, and for that we eternally grateful. She is a thoughtful, intelligent and caring person who has the needs of the community at the forefront of her decision making. I have no hesitation in saying that she would make a wonderful, hard working provincial member of Parliament for our area.

I have worked with Bronwynne for many years in different capacities, but always in applications of innovation and where vision and leadership were required to advance positive outcomes. Bronwynne has the necessary vision, leadership and strategic risk taking to advance outcomes that benefit both the environment and the economy. We desperately need more of these traits in our governance leadership!!

I have known Bronwynne since our days studying agriculture and resources management at the University of Guelph and now work with her through her consulting business and as a local councilor. She knows how to bring diverse interests together to work on community issues, both locally as a councilor and beyond with her professional work. She is committed to sound environmental management and land use planning, supporting agriculture and food supply chains, prosperous rural communities, and small businesses. Bronwynne will bring her valuable experience and skills to Queen’s Park and is, by far, the most qualified candidate to represent our riding’s interests.

I have worked with Bronwynne as part of a committee to protect a nature reserve for continued use by the community, by local educators for their classes, and for the protection of our rivers and wildlife. Bronwynne is a collaborator who listens to others while clearly sharing her vision for an improved community from both an economic and an environmental perspective. She is a strong leader who follows through on stated plans and goes above and beyond when researching solutions. She understands the needs of an agricultural community and will be a hard-working, ethical and highly experienced voice for Wellington-Halton Hills.

I am proud to support Bronwynne.

At Council, she is an excellent listener, reflecting on presentations and discussions before voicing her opinion, which is always thoughtful and illustrates her impressive depth of knowledge and understanding of local issues. She is a respectful and considerate member of Councillor with delegations, staff and fellow Councillors while never compromising her position.

Aa a Green Candidate – Bronwynne is clearly passionate about environmental issues, encouraging the work we do to support green infrastructure in Centre Wellington. When a valuable mature sugar maple was slated for removal, she was the lone Councillor to meet with us at the tree – bright and early before the workday began – to listen to our concerns. The fate of the tree? Still standing.

I know she will represent our riding with the same passion, knowledge, and effective voice that she has brought to our Council this term of office.

Toni Ellis
Chair, Elora Centre for Environmental Excellence

I’ve worked on projects with Bronwynne for over a decade and she always gives 110% to everything she does. Bronwynne always enthusiastically seeks to do good, delivering on her commitments and going the extra mile until they are done.

“I met Bronwynne Wilton for the first time in January 2025 at a Green Party gathering. She was friendly and engaging as she interacted with the locals and their issues.

I was impressed with her many educational credentials in science, agriculture and rural studies.

Bronwynne’s constant work and dedication to improving the environmental and agricultural services inspired me to get involved.

Bronwynne Wilton will be a significant asset for all Ontarians at Queen’s Park.”

Linda

I have known, and worked with, Bronwynne over her entire adult life. She brings a depth of experience and passion for her community making her ideal to represent us at Queen’s Park.

I have personal experience when she worked early in her career at a local charity and also her wise contributions as a board member in building our local Community Foundation. She ticks all the boxes, being passionate about her community, highly educated, an expert in research focused on helping smaller communities to thrive, successful in business, and most recently as a member of Municipal Council.

We are so fortunate to have someone this capable as a solid choice when we vote on February 27th.

A Plan That Works for Us

The Ontario Greens released their fully costed 2025 platform which is focused on restoring fairness to the people of Ontario after seven years of Doug Ford’s failures.

“Ontario Greens’ platform fights for a fairer future for all of us,” said Party Leader Mike Schreiner. “Our plan builds affordable homes and ends renovictions, restores fairness to our healthcare and education systems, protects prime farmland and lowers your energy bills.

The Independent Voice We Need

“I’ve spent my career bringing farmers, environmentalists, and business leaders together to find practical solutions. While Doug Ford plays politics and calls unnecessary and wasteful elections, I’ll be your independent voice at Queen’s Park – fighting for what matters to Wellington-Halton Hills, not Toronto developers.”
